Lycon Pink Preferred FAQ’s
1. How do I become a Lycon Pink Preferred Member?
Once you have registered on the LYCON USA website, you are automatically enrolled in the LYCON Pink Preferred program as a LYCON “Newbie”.
2. What if I am already registered on the website, do I need to do anything to enroll in the program?
All current LYCON members will automatically be converted to a LYCON Pink Preferred Newbie as of 05/12/2023. There are no further steps you have to take and your points will begin accumulating as soon as you make a purchase. In addition, you will be gifted 100 Lycon Pink Preferred Points to get you started.
3. What benefits do I get when I become a member?
Each Lycon Pink Preferred member level offers a variety of benefits and perks. Depending on the level that you reach, you will be provided access to various video content, promotions and other offers. Please see above for details on each level.
4. How do I earn points and rewards?
Every purchase you make automatically earns points. Points are tallied when you checkout and can also be redeemed or saved at checkout. For every $1 you spend, you will earn 1 point!
5. How do I redeem my points?
When you checkout there in an option for you to apply points to the cart and discount your order.
As you progress through the Lycon Pink Preferred levels the value of your points increases as follows;
Newbie 100pts = $1USD
Pinki 95pts = $1USD
Pink Fan 92pts = $1USD
Pink Fave 91pts = $1USD
Pink Dream 90pts = $1USD
6. Do points expire?
No, points do not expire.
7. What happens if I use all of my points?
Will I have to go back down a Lycon Pink Preferred level?
No. You will never go down levels and will only go up as you continue to earn points.
8. Can I redeem my rewards alongside a sitewide sale or promotion code?
You are only able to use one form of discount either points or a discount code. The rewards won’t apply at checkout if another discount or promotion has already been applied.
9. Where can I see my points balance?
You can see your points balance on your profile page and on the shop page.
10. How do I access the benefits associated with each Lycon Pink Preferred Level?
Your current Lycon Pink Preferred Level is shown in the header area of the website. By clicking on your level’s badge you will be taken to that level page where you can claim coupons, order free samples, download guides and view Lycon U educational content dependant on your Lycon Pink Preferred Level.
11. How will I know when I have moved up a level?
When you earn enough points to move to the next LYCON Pink Preferred level LYCON USA admin will upgrade you. Once this is done the next time you login you will see your new level badge in the header of the website and also on the Shop and Profile page.
Please note: LYCON Pink Preferred Level upgrades are performed on a weekly basis.
12. When can I access the points I have accumulated?
Points will be granted at the completion of a purchase and are available for use immediately.
13. What happens to my points if I make a return?
Unfortunately, if you return a product, you will lose earned points for that purchase.
14. Are all products eligible for points?
All products that are not part of select promotional activities are eligible to earn points when purchased. However the LYCON Hot Waxing Kit, the Strip Waxing Kit, the Baby Face Waxing Kit and the Complete Kit are excluded when redeeming points.
15. Coupons
All coupons the are part of the Lycon Pink Preferred program are for one use only. To claim coupons copy the coupon code and paste into the coupon field on the Cart or Check Out page.
Please note: Coupons are redeemable on purchases up to $500.
16. Free Sample
While the free sample product is 100% free there is a condition that it is added to a cart with other products for the coupon to validate.
17. While Unlikely
